Accounting Advisory Services Manager

About the role

This position involves providing accounting advisory support to clients, including implementation of new standards, SEC filings for transactions like IPOs and spin-offs, and conversion services for US and foreign companies aligning with US GAAP or IFRS. The manager will assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, complex financing structures, revenue recognition, and support clients emerging from bankruptcy with fresh-start accounting.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert accounting advisory and regulatory compliance support
• Assist with financial reporting conversions and transaction-related accounting
• Manage staff, oversee engagement metrics, and present findings
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years' experience in financial audit or financial reporting within a public accounting firm or Fortune 500 organization
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
