We’re looking for a Director who enjoys leading client engagements, developing people, and building lasting relationships—and wants a voice in the growth of the firm.Your impactLead accounting advisory engagements spanning audit and IPO readiness, technical accounting, and operational accounting.Serve as a trusted client partner, turning complex challenges into practical solutions.Coach and develop delivery teams while overseeing multiple projects.Help grow the practice through new opportunities, expanded client relationships, recruiting, and mentoring.What you bringCPA and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.12+ years of relevant experience in a Big Four, national accounting, consulting, or professional services firm, including 2+ years at the Director level.A strong record of leading client engagements, managing projects, and developing teams.An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to help build a growing practice.CFO or VP of Finance experience is a plus.Why E78?Bring your ideas, take ownership, and help shape a firm with ambitious growth plans.
