About the role
The Accounting Administrator III has managerial responsibility over the Enterprise Accounting Branch, which is responsible for the operational accounting activities of the Department's enterprise funds for the State Water Project (SWP) and California Energy Bond Office (CEBO) programs. The branch consists of three offices: The Water Project Bill Processing and Analysis Office, the CEBO Financial Reporting and Analysis Office, and the Asset Management Section.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the billings to the 29 water contractors and other entities
- Administers the $14 billion bond debt portfolio
- Maintains all related master data and cost allocations
