Final Filing Date: 09/08/2026 The Accounting Administrator III has managerial responsibility over the Enterprise Accounting Branch, which is responsible for the operational accounting activities of the Department's enterprise funds for the State Water Project (SWP) and California Energy Bond Office (CEBO) programs. The branch consists of three offices, The Water Project Bill Processing and Analysis Office, the CEBO Financial Reporting and Analysis Office and the Asset Management Section. The position oversees the billings to the 29 water contractors and other entities, administration of $14 billion bond debt portfolio, and maintenance of all related master data and cost allocations.
