About the role

Hartwick College is accepting applications on a continuing basis for adjunct instructors to teach courses in Introductory, Intermediate, Financial, and/or Managerial Accounting, and possibly in Auditing.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching in-person classes in Introductory, Intermediate, Financial, and/or Managerial Accounting, and possibly in Auditing.
  • Adapting to the needs of a diverse student body.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying updated with accounting trends and best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A CPA certification or a Doctorate/PhD in Accounting.
  • Experience teaching college undergraduates.
  • An ability to teach in-person classes.
