Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other billing statements.
• Responsible for coding and entering invoices for payment.
• Responsible for check printing/ACH for payment.
• Reviews employee expense reports and issues checks including coding, entering and distribution.
• Prepares invoices and supporting documentation for scanning.
• Aids in the preparation of 1099's.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time.
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels in the company and with outside vendors.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or 3 to 9 hours of accounting preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of previous experience in accounts payable required.
