Accountant w/ Business Central

Location: Goshen, IN (100% onsite)

This is a high-impact project role focused on strengthening accounting operations, reporting, and month-end close processes. Ideal for a CPA-minded accounting professional who has grown through the ranks and is comfortable leading clean-up, controls, and process improvement initiatives. A great opportunity for someone who is both technically strong in accounting and highly systems/technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Cosmos report clean-up and month-end “book” creation
• Support cash application clean-up, process controls, and documentation for resident postings and bank reconciliation catch-up
• Build department-level FY27 budgets and load into Business Central
• Assist with budget tool implementation based on selected platform
• Communicate month-end close expectations, definitions, and accounting workflows across locations
• Implement approval routings and workflow controls in Business Central for AP and journal entries

Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred, or senior accountant/controller-level experience
• Strong background in month-end close, bank reconciliations, cash applications, and process controls
• Experience with dashboard reporting, KPI trending, and financial data visualization
• Advanced systems experience with Business Central, Power BI, and workflow automation tools
• Proven success documenting processes and improving accounting controls

$73,000.00 to $93,600.00
