We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary: "You will serve as an Accountant in the Special Assistant for Resource Management Directorate, Commander, NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES (COMNAVIFOR)." That's about the role. Then Duties: list of duties. Then Requirements: conditions of employment (citizenship, clearance, etc.) maybe separate? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: Summary (About the role). Duties (list). Requirements (conditions of employment). Qualifications (specialized experience, education). Additional qualification info links (maybe part of Qualifications). Education (basic requirements). Additional information (benefits mention). There's a Benefits mention: "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." That's generic but still mentions benefits. Should we include Benefits section? It says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits generically. So we can include Benefits section with that prose. No Pay or Schedule specifics, so omit those sections. We need to remove boilerplate: conditions of employment includes many items (citizenship, clearance, drug test, etc.) That's substantive. We'll put under Requirements maybe as a list. Qualifications: specialized experience, education, additional qualification info links (maybe as list). Education: basic requirements (degree). Could combine Qualifications and Education? But we can have separate sections: Qualifications (specialized experience) and Education (basic requirements). The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could combine Qualifications and Education into one "Qualifications" section with subpoints? However they want headings like Qualifications, Skills, etc. We could have Qualifications (including specialized experience and education). That might be acceptable. Also there is "Additional information" about benefits, priority placement, etc. That could go under Benefits or Additional Info (but not a standard heading). We could incorporate benefits into Benefits section, and other info like "Additional vacancies may be filled" etc maybe not needed? It's substantive but not under standard headings. Could we add a section "Additional Information"? Not in the list of allowed headings; they gave examples but not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples but not limited? Safer to stick to those headings. Additional info could go under About the role or Qualifications? Might be okay to add a section "Additional Information" but risk being considered not allowed. Better to incorporate into existing sections: e.g., under About the role we can include the summary and maybe mention that additional vacancies may be filled. Under Benefits we can include the benefits package description. Under Requirements we can include conditions of employment. Under Qualifications we can include specialized experience, education, certification requirement (Financial Management Level 02), travel requirement, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Accountant". Good. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    Benefits

A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package. As a federal employee, you and your family will have access to a range of benefits designed to make your federal career very rewarding.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Learn more about federal benefits." We removed that. Also removed links? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; links are substantive? They are references; maybe we should keep them? The links to OPM etc are additional qualification information. Might be considered substantive. Should we keep them? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Links are substantive. However they are not required headings; we could include them as a list under Qualifications maybe. But they are URLs; we can keep them as plain text. However they might be considered "application instructions"? Not exactly. They are reference links. I'd keep them. We have omitted the links to OPM and DON DCIPS policy. Might be considered substantive. Let's add them under Qualifications as a list. Also there is "Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management websites:" and two URLs. Also "Additional qualification information can be found from the following DON DCIPS policy website:" and a URL. We'll include those. Also there is "Additional information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement." We already added additional vacancies note under About the role. Also mention Priority Placement Program maybe under Benefits or Requirements? Could be under About the role as well. We also have "During the application process you will have the ability to opt-in to make your resume available..." That's application instruction; we should remove per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So remove that. Also "Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) does not apply to Excepted Service positions." That's maybe not needed but could be considered boilerplate; remove. Also "PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ)." That's specifics about priority placement; could be considered substantive but maybe not needed. However it's about hiring preference; could be considered part of Requirements? Might be considered substantive but not essential. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. This is substantive about hiring process. However it's also somewhat procedural. Might be considered part of "Additional information". Since we don't have a heading for that, we could incorporate into About the role or Requirements? It's about selection priority. Might be okay to include under About the role as a note. Also "All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statue, 10 U.S
