Responsibilities

• Work independently in support of assigned properties with minimum direct supervision.
• Compile, provide, and maintain information for assigned properties (portfolio ranges from 15-18 properties).
• Record and review all aspects of transactions related to assigned properties.
• Lease administration, assess annual rent increases, and miscellaneous charges.
• Perform CAM reconciliation, revenue forecast, month-end closing, and accruals.
• Produce and analyze financial reports for the given portfolio.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills – MS Office programs.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills reflecting a positive attitude and system-wide commitment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic knowledge of system-wide corporate structure preferred.
• Working knowledge of Real Estate and Property Management software systems preferred.
• Strong accounting background preferred.
• Ability to handle all accounting phases.

Pay

Estimated salary range for this position is $55,137.29 - $71,678.48 per year depending on experience.
