This 60 bed, acute care facility located within a 63,000 square foot building, boasts some of the latest advances in medical technology, not to mention an expert staff of over 30 physicians, 90 RN’s and 60 LPN’s. With over 500 full and part-time workers, Fitzgibbon Hospital is Saline County’s third largest employer. We offer some of the latest advances in medical technology delivered by an expert staff. Responsibilities

• General Ledger duties, including posting monthly journal entries and accruals, completing banking tasks, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Payroll duties, including inputting and reviewing timecard data, knowledge of earnings and deductions, and maintaining and updating payroll checks and documentation
• Accounts Payable duties, including posting invoices, paying vendors and reconciling vendor statements
• Preparing financial statements and reports and ensuring accuracy of account balances
• Aiding in the completion of Governmental and State reports, tax returns and audits

Requirements

Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Accounting or related field - focus on Payroll

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP)
