About the role
To be a Leader in Community Health. This 60 bed, acute care facility located within a 63,000 square foot building, boasts some of the latest advances in medical technology, not to mention an expert staff of over 30 physicians, 90 RN’s and 60 LPN’s. Responsibilities
- General Ledger duties, including posting monthly journal entries and accruals, completing banking tasks, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Payroll duties, including inputting and reviewing timecard data, knowledge of earnings and deductions, and maintaining and updating payroll checks and documentation
- Accounts Payable duties, including posting invoices, paying vendors and reconciling vendor statements
- Preparing financial statements and reports and ensuring accuracy of account balances
- Aiding in the completion of Governmental and State reports, tax returns and audits
Requirements
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Accounting or related field - focus on Payroll
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP)
