Responsibilities
- Lead complex accounting activities and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting financial schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal control requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and analysis.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
- Support strategic accounting projects and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
- Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA license preferred or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance activities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
