Responsibilities
- Provide monthly forecasting and analysis for material variances, spends and inventory
- Perform studies and analysis, including the support for setting standards for material, labor and overhead
- Review transaction errors to ensure proper impact on perpetual and G/L records
- Determine variances and drive continuous process improvements
- Support new product development
- Prepare and analyze cost reports
- Perform the monthly accounting close process, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entry postings
- Support compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and related audits
- Lead annual physical inventory process and related reconciliation
- Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant financial reports for plant management
- Handle ad hoc requests and projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance, CPA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Sound business knowledge applicable to a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Dataiku
- Manufacturing experience a plus

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $56,300.00 - $101,394.99
