Accountant II

Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory compliance reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports for management as needed.
• Assist in designing and operating effectiveness testing of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Communicate with headquarters to fulfill reporting requirements and provide requested information.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting and finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Korean proficiency is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
