Responsibilities

• Complete assigned duties as part of the accounting close process.
• Apply knowledge of accounting policies and procedures to tasks such as recording journal entries, collaborating with site finance groups, and conducting research and analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational data and communicate findings promptly and effectively to management and site finance personnel.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation through system queries, research, investigation of reconciling items, and resolution.
• Review processes for improvements as changes occur or new requirements are added to the month-end close process.
• Make recommendations that enhance efficiency and practicality.
• Perform other accounting and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED with six (6) years of professional experience in accounting, including two (2) years in prolonged intellectual instruction (certifications, instructed training, or on-the-job training).
• An associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field with four (4) years of professional experience in accounting.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with two (2) years of accounting experience.
• A master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Qualifications

Skills

Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures, ability to analyze financial and operational data, communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in system queries and research.

Benefits

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $68,000-$93,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.

Pay

Schedule

This role is eligible for non-standard schedules, including shift work at a 24/7, 365-day operation.
