We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Accountant/Cost Accountant. This position reports to the General Manager and will work in Stuart/Port St Lucie. About The Position As Accountant/Cost Accountant in the Stuart/Port St Lucie team, you will be involved in a broad range of financial activities, including payroll reporting, journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, cost accounting and financial reporting. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records while supporting operational and management decision-making. Your Main Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with established policies and proceduresPrepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month/quarter/year‑end close activitiesProduce weekly forecasts, monthly financial reports, and annual budgetsCost accounting responsibilities including inventory accounting, bill of materials review, labor and overhead allocation, and cost variance reportingProcess payroll reports and serve as HR backup during planned absencesSubmit required monthly reporting and uploads in company reporting system AAROPrepare tax‑related quarterly and annual reporting for the tax department Manage A/R receipt entries, weekly sales and backlog reporting, and monthly cash forecastsMaintain and update fixed asset recordSupport internal and external audits Assist with special projects, process improvement and additional duties as assigned What do we offer?
