Accountant/Bookkeeper - Commercial Construction

Job Details
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting functions for commercial construction projects
- Handle AIA documents, progress billings, and related invoicing processes
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintain accurate general ledger
- Prepare financial reports, job cost tracking, and support project closeouts
- Ensure compliance with construction accounting standards and lien waiver requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and team on billing schedules and financial oversight
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with preference for construction accounting
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Proficiency with AIA documents and billing processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
