Account Technician

Responsibilities
- Interacts professionally and timely in support of Commercial Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, phone, and in-person.
- Performs functions of the role within an IMA office 50% or more of the time.
- Monitors and prioritizes workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail.
- Assists Account Managers by completing tasks and activities assigned through Epic directly linked to client-facing work products in the Center of Excellence, including:
- Auto ID Cards
- Claim Reporting Instructions
- Premium & Loss Summary Creation and Population
- Endorsement Processing and Invoicing
- Experience Mod Ordering and E-filing
- Renewal Invoicing
- MVRs
- Ordering Loss Runs
- Uploading and Building Folders in Client-Facing Portal
- Policy Quick Checks
- Population of Individual Loss Run Data
- Renewal Applications and Audits
- Performs special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency required.
- Experience with MS Office Suite required (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience with Epic preferred.
- Attains and maintains professional designation or license.
- Limited travel required (less than 25%).
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
