Account Site Supervisor - Janitorial

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Pay

$18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of the team
• Plan and prepare teamwork schedules
• Provide coaching and training
• Implement 4M standards
• Ensure efficiency and consistency
• Resolve client issues
• Maintain accurate records
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform hands-on cleaning alongside your team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some supervisory experience is preferred
• Successful drug screening and background check
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
• Reliable transportation
