PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Recommend products, decoration methods, and premium brands that meet the needs of the customer with the ultimate goal of closing a sale
  • Aid domestic and international customers throughout the entire sales process including product selection, quote requests, and order creation
  • Maintain team KPIs related to customer engagements, customer contact timelines, inbound and outbound calls, and conversion rate
  • Proactively engage with customers to increase customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Build relationships and trust with customers through consistent outreach
  • Host customers in the Minnesota office for tours and showroom visits
  • Additional projects or duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • An associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to two years of customer service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, sales, or an office environment
  • A friendly and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with a CRM (e.g., Hubspot)
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
