PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Recommend products, decoration methods, and premium brands that meet the needs of the customer with the ultimate goal of closing a sale
- Aid domestic and international customers throughout the entire sales process including product selection, quote requests, and order creation
- Maintain team KPIs related to customer engagements, customer contact timelines, inbound and outbound calls, and conversion rate
- Proactively engage with customers to increase customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction
- Build relationships and trust with customers through consistent outreach
- Host customers in the Minnesota office for tours and showroom visits
- Additional projects or duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- One to two years of customer service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, sales, or an office environment
- A friendly and team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a CRM (e.g., Hubspot)
- Efficient and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
