Responsibilities
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and outreach
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Conduct policy reviews to uncover gaps and cross-sell additional coverage
- Convert inbound leads into bound policies through strong sales execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and documentation
- Deliver a high level of service while staying focused on production
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements: Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1, Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
- Full support provided for licensing, onboarding, and training
- Prior sales experience is required
- Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required

- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
- Confidence in handling objections and asking for the sale
