ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and outreach
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Conduct policy reviews to uncover gaps and cross-sell additional coverage
  • Convert inbound leads into bound policies through strong sales execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and documentation
  • Deliver a high level of service while staying focused on production

Requirements

  • Licensing Requirements: Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1, Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
  • Full support provided for licensing, onboarding, and training
  • Prior sales experience is required
  • Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
  • Confidence in handling objections and asking for the sale
