About the Role
We are an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals.
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman.
Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM’s can work 8:30 – 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 – 5:30 with half hour lunch.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in sales, or prior sales experience.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
Skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
