As a Sales representative for Jake Bluhm Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Aid customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Call on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Obtain Life and Health Insurance License
Requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
