About the role
I opened my agency in 2000 after starting my career in the claims side of the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers when they need it most. Family is a huge part of my life — I’m a proud father of three, and I’m about to become a grandfather for the first time. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time coaching youth sports, which has shaped my leadership style and passion for mentorship.

Role description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Michaels - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Aid customers with policy applications and renewals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
