Role Description

The Kingery Agency is a local agency contracted to sell State Farm Insurance. Through State Farm, we offer over 100 insurance and financial products to residents of Ohio. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Kingery - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Compensation includes a base hourly rate and monthly commissions with the opportunity for an annual travel bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Aid customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Aid in achieving office targets and growing the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure all client interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (Life and Health experience is a bonus)
  • Proven experience in insurance or a related field
  • Experience in sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take advantage of technology
  • Proficiency in analyzing client needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information

Benefits

  • Hourly Wage $16-$20/hour based on experience

$40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
