About Our Agency
I've been a State Farm agent for 16 years and currently lead a team of eight across two offices. With more than 27 years of experience at State Farm, I've built my career around developing great teams and helping customers protect what matters most. I studied Economics at St. Cloud State University and have served on several local nonprofit boards throughout my career. Building relationships both inside and outside the office is important to me. We enjoy giving back to our community, and I believe creating a positive, supportive environment is just as important as delivering excellent service to our customers. Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k) with a 6% employer match, team bonus programs, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also enjoy regular team outings, including Minnesota Twins and Wild games, and even a team trip to Nashville. Our culture is built around high performance, strong communication, and having fun together. We work hard, celebrate our successes, and genuinely enjoy spending time as a team. I'm looking for someone who is dedicated, communicates well, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-achieving team.
