Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Aid customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and offer timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• New York State Personal Lines or Property & Casualty, and/or Life & Health licenses preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred but not required.

Pay

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
