About the role

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Identify opportunities for customer retention and growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week, split between remote work and in-office days
