Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Intralox clients in New Orleans, LA. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving techniques
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework preferred
