Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from residents and businesses
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Ensure all communications are courteous and professional
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of city services and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with social media management a plus
