Responsibilities

• Manage custom orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring the accuracy of logo specifications, artwork approvals, pricing, and product customization details across apparel, outerwear, gloves, socks, and footwear.
• Coordinate multiple projects, resolve order-related issues, meet critical deadlines, and support continuous process improvements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience supporting embroidered, customized, or apparel-related products preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

Pay Range: $49,400.00 - $61,100.00
