The full cycle Accounts Payable Representative will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices for inventory, freight, and overhead expenses for all branch locations, as well as issuing checks as needed in order to control costs and take advantage of all discounts available. Job Responsibilities Coding and keying of all expense invoices for paymentMatch vendor invoice against purchase orders for branch locationsResolve any discrepancies on invoicesProcess document entries and adjustment register for all non-purchase order invoicesSelect, review, and process all invoices for paymentProcess regular check runs as well as special check runs weekly Required Skills 10 Key by touchExcellent Typing SkillsMS Excel & Word SkillsExcellent Organizational SkillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesDependable and On-Time
