Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative payroll solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users to ensure optimal system utilization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting payroll
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll systems, software development, or a related field
  • Experience with payroll software and systems such as ADP, Gusto, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and services
  • Understanding of HRIS and payroll compliance regulations

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in payroll systems and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
