Responsibilities
- Complete a thorough training program designed to prepare you for a successful career in account management.
- Engage with AT&T customers in Stamford, CT to understand their needs and recommend the best products and services.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
