About the role

The Account Manager will lead the coordination and execution of artist commerce programs while managing client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship management, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional fan experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and execution of artist commerce programs while managing client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
  • Develop and execute merchandise, e-commerce, touring, retail, VIP, licensing, and event strategies that increase fan engagement and commercial performance.
  • Manage the full product development lifecycle, including concept development, creative approvals, production timelines, launches, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Cook up cross-functional collaboration across creative, production, finance, operations, retail, and external partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, expand commerce initiatives, and support business growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights, client goals, and commercial opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients while delivering transparent communication, accountability, and exceptional service.
  • Contribute to team development, operational improvements, and scalable workflows.

Requirements

  • Commercially driven professional with experience managing complex projects and client relationships within merchandising, entertainment, retail, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creative partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of merchandise strategy, fan engagement, retail operations, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for music, entertainment, consumer products, and creating memorable customer experiences.
