Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
- Drive customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer objectives and align Minitab solutions to their evolving needs
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline activity within CRM tools
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or SaaS sales
- Proven ability to build relationships, retain customers, and grow existing accounts
- Strong consultative communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with or supporting customers in manufacturing, quality, operations, engineering, or industrial environments
- Experience engaging with Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, Continuous Improvement Leaders, or Directors/VPs of Operations
- Experience with manufacturing software, quality management solutions, industrial software, MES, PLM, operational technology, or related solutions
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or digital transformation initiatives
