Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer objectives and align Minitab solutions to their evolving needs
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline activity within CRM tools

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or SaaS sales
  • Proven ability to build relationships, retain customers, and grow existing accounts
  • Strong consultative communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with or supporting customers in manufacturing, quality, operations, engineering, or industrial environments
  • Experience engaging with Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, Continuous Improvement Leaders, or Directors/VPs of Operations
  • Experience with manufacturing software, quality management solutions, industrial software, MES, PLM, operational technology, or related solutions
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or digital transformation initiatives

Base salary: $75K/year
