Account Manager - Rural Hospitals

About the role

The Account Manager for Rural Hospitals will implement a new membership program for rural hospitals in nine states, focusing on the 'Northwest Central' and 'Mountain' regions of the United States. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Civica's mission and possess strong influence skills to support rural hospitals and their patients.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness and excitement for the new membership model
• Energetically show the value of joining Civica to protect patients from generic medicine shortages
• Show up at state-level meetings and rural health care conferences to engage with hospital leaders and state hospital associations
• Build relationships with hospital C-Suite leaders and state hospital association leaders
• Achieve compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional experience may be considered
• Experience in account management and commercial activities
• Passion for supporting underserved communities
• Experience in rural healthcare is a plus
• Excellent communication, written, and public presentation skills
• Project management skills with attention to details
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
