Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains complete knowledge of the castle plan and customer rental agreement.
- Maintains current knowledge of the accounts status of all rental customers.
- Develops and trains customers diligently to achieve on time payment habits.
- Delivers, installs, and picks-up products to and from the customer's home as needed in a safe and damage free manner.
- Performs preventative maintenance on delivery vehicles to ensure top safe operating condition.
- Operates the delivery vehicle safely, following all laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Cleans returned products.
- Assists the store manager in controlling inventory.
- Assists in receiving product into the store by following the proper inventory receiving and transfer procedures.
- Maintains records and documentation.
