Account Manager, Restaurant SaaS & AI (Remote – US)

What You'll Do

• You will oversee a designated group of accounts and serve as their main point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
• You will build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and proactive support
• You will master Yelp's solutions, train clients, share best practices, and recommend tailored products
• You will lead new client onboarding to drive early adoption and long-term success
• You will gather client feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders
• You will analyze client data, prepare custom reports, and communicate key metrics and insights
• You will work with Product, Sales, and Support to address client needs and drive improvements
• You will embrace feedback and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• You will identify and pursue upsell opportunities based on client goals and usage
• You will support account initiatives and participate in limited travel as needed

What It Takes To Succeed

• You have 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
• You have proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts through their full lifecycle
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills with proven follow-through
• You have the ability to interpret data, create reports, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
• You have a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product, Sales, and Support
• You have experience managing customer accounts, ideally in SaaS, tech, or digital solutions
• You have a willingness to travel on a limited basis
• You will need access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection in your workspace. This job cannot be performed using satellite internet or a mobile hotspot
