Job DescriptionThe Account Manager Relief acts as a back-up for the primary Account Manager. In this role, the Account Manager Relief is responsible for collaborating with established distributors, retailers, and internal teams to sell and order products into existing accounts within assigned sales routes. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEducate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beveragesAnalyze customer needs and business trends to help grow both their profitability and our own businessEnsure brands and packages sold align with an account’s consumer demographicsSell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programsMaintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage, and displaysEnsure each account meets defined merchandising standards, determine stores’ product needs and transmit appropriate replenishment ordersCommunicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partnersUtilize sales force automation toolsWork with customers to promptly address and resolve any concerns or discrepancies pertaining to their orders Job RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree preferred1+ years of relevant sales experience preferredMust have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reachProficiency in using company software and other sales tools to manage accounts, track progress, and generate reportsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teamsValid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirementsAbility to work in a hybrid environment encompassing both office-based tasks and frequent local travel to distribution and retail centers. This role may entail extended periods of standing, sitting, as well as the physical handling of job-related supplies
