Account Manager -radius Insurance Group

Primary Duties

• Act as the first point of contact for business owners to answer coverage questions and process policy changes (endorsements).
• Track expiration dates, update policy information, and negotiate terms with insurance companies to keep clients protected.
• Gather information from the client and help them through the claims process.
• Analyze a client's business to spot gaps in coverage and recommend extra protection.
• Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and binders.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office;
• Ability to Multi-task in a face-paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written);
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Skills and Responsibilities

• All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer.

Salary Description

$70,000-$95,000
