Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads all aspects of the sales process by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generating new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Work closely with operations, laboratory, and management teams to meet performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, maintain accurate customer information, and build strong, professional relationships with assigned accounts.
- Continuously assess and validate client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high satisfaction ratings aligned with company standards.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for volume, revenue, and profitability, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Develop a thorough understanding of a client's position in the market, their needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Oversee client input and feedback with clear timelines, and prepare/deliver proposals, presentations, and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience required.
- Experience in completions operations and hydraulic fracturing required.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with proven success delivering technical presentations to clients; Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools; Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude with the ability to address complex challenges; Solid knowledge of proppants and related industry practices.
