Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow recruitment agency accounts, increasing contractor volumes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PAYE umbrella and payroll services
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to drive retention and long-term partnerships
- Proactively win new recruitment agency clients through outbound activity
- Target and develop agencies operating within contractor-heavy sectors
- Support commercial growth initiatives alongside senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with recruiters and decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor on PAYE umbrella, contractor payroll, and compliance
- Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen partnerships
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
- Highly organised with good CRM discipline
- Confident using LinkedIn, email, and phone for client engagement
