Key Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conducts regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Processes client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintains inventory levels of parts or components to ensure availability and optimize stock levels.
  • Prepares and delivers price quotations to clients.
  • Provides client follow-up and client service support.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of account management experience
  • Technical Training Program Completion
  • Occasional Travel
