Glass America Account Manager positions are available in San Antonio, TX. This role is part of Boyd Group Services, operating in 38 states.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Glass America tools and software to create daily routes and target lists.
- Track account metrics to meet financial goals and operational objectives.
- Identify accounts for outside sales activities within a sales cycle.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships to build, develop, and expand your book of business.
- Create a strong network of contacts to provide a steady stream of referrals.
- Immerse yourself in the local community to champion our commitment to safety and quality.
- Deliver world-class customer service every day.
- Partner with your local Operations Team to execute a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years successfully selling business services.
- A proven track record of exceeding financial objectives, metrics, and KPIs.
- Experience in account management, marketing, outside sales, or B2B sales.
- Experience in the auto glass, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Problem-solving ability to work independently and wow every customer.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the auto glass, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
