About the role

Manage client relationships and drive sales growth for CXT Software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track account performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Represent CXT Software at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM software

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and expanding market share
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Skills
