Account Manager - New Orleans, LA
Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking an Account Manager in New Orleans, LA, to expand patient access to outpatient physical therapy by building strategic partnerships and driving business growth.

As an Account Manager, you will lead efforts to develop and strengthen referral networks, increase market share, and promote Upstream Rehabilitation’s trusted brands and exceptional clinicians. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an effective call strategy for your assigned region to increase referrals from existing and potential partners.
- Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on plan progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Maintain frequent and effective communication with leadership regarding goals, strategies, and results.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, community leaders, Clinic Directors, therapy staff, and peers.
- Present company information, service offerings, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners using appropriate medical terminology.
- Utilize reporting and data tools to highlight the clinical excellence and high-quality care provided by our team.
- Identify opportunities for publicity, coordinate community events, and participate in regional meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience targeting physicians, medical offices, employers, or related fields.
- Medical/healthcare sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence and persuasiveness in guiding the sales process.
- Strong ability to sell intangibles such as ideas and concepts.
- Flexible, adaptive, and enthusiastic with a self-starter mindset requiring limited supervision.
- Resourceful, inventive, thorough, and diligent.
- Competitive and determined to succeed in building business relationships.
Working Conditions
- Travel up to 70% of the time throughout the assigned region.
- Exposure to road travel and clinical environments, including hospitals, physician offices, and clinics.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Estimated pay ranges are based on factors including pay class, experience, background, and geographic location.
