Responsibilities
- Ownership of the external customer relationships selling our measurement instrumentation products and services portfolio through a consultative approach
- Develop and execute account plans to grow our portfolio within named accounts
- Proactively network and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, decision makers and influencers
- Develop and execute pursuit strategies to win
- Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all our products and services within our Measurement Solutions portfolio
- Engage directly with clients through onsite visits within the Tri-State area
- Organize, coordinate, and support customer seminars
- Create and maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline through use of CRM tool
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience within our served industries in an engineering, operations, or sales capacity
- BS/BA degree in a discipline that supports a technical knowledge of the business, an Engineering concentration is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interface with decision makers
- Problem Solver, able to uncover the true root cause, and have an open-minded approach to create a solution
- Strategic thinker with a propensity to connect technologies to business outcomes and to anticipate the emerging needs of customers
- Results driven, a professional who has consistently exceeded goals
- Must have excellent communications, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills, this is a client facing role
- Experience working in a team environment while providing individual contributions and leading through influence
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite expertise with Advanced Excel and CRM experience
Qualifications

Pay
Base Salary range for this role is $110K-$140K, with sales bonus potential
Schedule
Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
