Account Manager, Louisville Kentucky

Join our team as an Account Manager, serving as the strategic bridge between healthcare practices and Aledade. You’ll drive success in value-based care contracts while directly impacting practice performance and revenue outcomes. Collaborate closely with health systems to align priorities and initiatives, ensuring both partners achieve their performance goals and advance the shared mission of improving patient care through innovative value-based care models. This role supports our Louisville-based health system partner with approximately 25% local and metro travel expected. Candidates must reside in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Aledade/Practice relationship across financial performance, quality management, clinical management, population health, care management training, HEDIS and STARs performance, and operational enhancements.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and communicate practice performance against key objectives and strategic plans.
• Develop project plans to ensure key objectives are achieved.
• Share applicable data with Aledade stakeholders to ensure proper departments have the information they need.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to support and enhance financial and quality performance.
• Present practice performance, financial overviews, and economic impact related to performance and contract terms to external executives and practice stakeholders.
• Provide contract goals and current performance at organizational, site, and/or provider levels to ensure aligned understanding of value-based care (VBC) contract goals.
• Communicate outcomes-oriented overviews of performance initiatives to convey organizational impact.
• Assist in training office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies in coordination with Aledade’s Value-Based Care Curriculum.
• Provide continual assessment of practice and staff training needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college or university in nursing, social work, health technology, or information technology-related programs.
• 8 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements, particularly with administrative experience in a clinic setting.
• 5 years of experience with executive-level communication (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts across all patient types.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience with competencies in practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem-solving, and strategic insight using healthcare analytical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time.

• Ability to travel approximately 25% within the Louisville, Kentucky metropolitan area.

Pay

$70,000 - $90,000 a year (base salary) plus bonuses and equity. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
