Responsibilities
- Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location
- Place orders of product to be delivered while maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchases
- Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers, and ensure proper stocking, maintenance, and rotation according to company standards
- Supervise merchandisers and collaborate with bulk delivery drivers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management
- Rotate products to follow a “first in - first out” stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves
- Sell additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue
- Maintain compliance with Customer Marketing Agreements (CMAs) by regularly confirming with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and customer location general managers on the details of the CMAs
- Maintain back-room stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area
- Write up credits and confirm that credits are ready for pick-up by bulk drivers
Requirements
- A high school diploma (or GED) is required
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- A valid driver's license is required
- At least 1 year of retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods experience is required
- Ability to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices is required
