Account Manager - Landscape Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Successfully recruit, lead, and build an effective team
• Manage a portfolio with understanding of a P & L for a targeted gross profit
• Identify opportunities for landscape improvements in promoting enhancement sales
• Understand customer’s needs and expectations with managing a sustainable landscape plan
• Drive quality and efficiency within operations teams
• Manage full capacity with managing crews within budgetary man hours
• Prove proficiency in job costing, budget management, and forecasting
• Estimate maintenance job costs for bid proposals
• Demonstrate high level of customer service while maintaining customer relationships
• Manage production schedule for assigned crews
• Provide a safe work environment and align with company’s safety policies

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Knowledge of operating equipment and preventative maintenance
• Strong oral, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Three years minimum experience in customer service and management-related experience
• A degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture, or Business Management is preferred

Pay

Pay Range: $55-65k, depending on experience.

About the Role

Ruppert Landscape Maintenance is a privately held, family/employee-owned commercial landscape maintenance and construction company based in Laytonsville, MD. We are expanding and partnering with Lawnscapes, Inc. of Bay County to serve the Northwest Florida market. We are currently hiring for an Area Manager to join our Panama City Maintenance branch.
