Job Description

As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
• Strong drive for results
• Sense of urgency
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to lead an operations team for a specific client
• Able to analyze issues and create solutions
